Price prevailing on the date of Booking acceptance shall be applicable.
The area of the flat being alloted a super built up area plus proportionate share of service and common area.
The Company reserve all right to accept or reject any form without giving any reason what so ever.
The terms & conditions mentioned here are subject to detailed terms & conditions mentioned in the application 
  form & builder buyer agreement.
Any increase in External Development charges will be paid by the allotee.
The payment shall be made in favour "SHREE ENERGY DEVELOPERS (P) LTD."payable at DELHI.
